Pascal Cadotte Michaud requested to merge pc-m/xivo-javactilib:proto-version into master

This branch adds a protocol version parameter to the MessageFactory defaulting to version 1.2. With this branch, it is possible to use xivo-javactilib with a XiVO in version 16.01 by using a MessageFactory("2.0").
