Added one line to application.conf to make sure the default value of weeksToKeep could be overriden by custom configuration value. This change was made because the default value of the weeksToKeep was never overriden by any custom configuration, thus the default value of the weeksToKeep was always 52 weeks, which caused problems in certain environments.
