Read square brackets in parameter

Example file:

a[b] = value

After this change, to create INI sections, square brackets must be at the start of the line. Otherwise (if they are in the middle of the key) they will be tokenised as part of the key.

I have found this behaviour to be more useful. In particular, it makes it easier for me to use regular expressions as keys.
