QNH setting

The central QNH looks nice. A few issues:

• It rounds to integer values. Competitions usually set the value to a single decimal digit, this new dialog doesn't support this. The old setting supported it.
• The comma and dot on the input dialog is a confusing, why is comma present?
• Moving this to Race settings + sharing it in QR code would be awesome #633
