[comp ]Edit QNH on comp screen / share with QR code

Manual QNH settings are very important on competiton tasks.

1. QNH should be moved to a global Preferences #62 (closed)
2. It should be editable also on the comp task screen.
3. It should be shared/imported with the comnp task QR code.
