If wind is unknown, show a dash instead of a speed of 0
If the wind is unknown, do not indicate a wind speed of 0 and North direction.
Instead, I suggest to display a dash.
If it helps, attached is a 45 minutes flight where the wind could not be calculated.

Due to the site conditions (flying dynamically in a steady ~20km/h wind), I never made one full turn, only 180-turns. I understand it's harder to compute a proper value for the wind speed and direction, and I don't have a solution for this.
In this case, it was immediately obvious to me the value displayed was wrong.
But in other conditions, it might be less obvious, and potentially a safety risk for people relying to much on the instrument and not enough on everything else.
At the minimum, it would fix the case of "can I trust this information".
