[Feature request] add keyboard-commands for map-dragging mode

Problem
many / most devices use capacitive or resistive touchscreen-technology, which makes it unusable with most gloves. Using an external keypad which can even be mounted to a convenient position (f.e. the risers) facilitates usage a lot, being able to switch screens etc. However, it is currently not possible to drag and zoom the map in map-drag-mode via keyboard commands

Request
add keyboard-commands for:

  • map-drag up
  • map-drag down
  • map-drag left
  • map-drag right
  • map-drag zoom in (use the same that already exists for other views)
  • map-drag zoom out (use the same that already exists for other views)
