Added arrow key scene camera controls for laptops

Added scene navigation controls for laptops, where you can use the arrow keys to manipulate the scene camera.

The arrow keys, without modifier move the camera left, right, forward and backwards. With the ctrl modifier, they rotate the camera. The alt modifier allows the camera to move up and down, when pressing the up and down arrow keys.
