Allow choosing the libraries to include in the doc

I'd like to see a checkbox list (all checked by default) of the modules found in my project before generating the documentation. This list would allow unchecking some modules and therefore skip them from the document generation.
Use case :
For my projects, I use a 'base project' with basic functionnalities and templates to be registered as DQMH templates. These templates do not have their place into the documentation as they are never executed in the application. Moreover they are part of our internal IP.
Another scenario is that I might be in an intermediate stage of development on my project. I added few new modules : some are still not finished, others are fully functionnal. I want to create a doc exposing only the fully functionnal modules.
