Re-order sections

I'd like to propose that the "Event List" sub-section that is included in every module, is listed earlier, so that the user is introduced to those events first, before they are mentioned in the other tables. In other words, the new proposed order would be:

2.3 .lvlib 2.3.1 Event List - so that the events are defined first (and then they are referenced further down...) 2.3.2 Module Start/Stop Calls 2.3.3 Module Relationship 2.3.4 Module Custom Errors

This might be a subjective idea - but I think at the very least the Event List should definitely be higher than the Module Custom Errors, and probably ahead of the Module Relationship sections.
