Allow bin/qa to take an image full address

This implements gitlab-org/gitlab-qa#32 (comment 32753948) by allowing bin/qa to take a full image address as last argument (e.g. registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/gitlab-ce:latest instead of CE).
