[societegenerale] Change website URL following brand renaming

Ludovic LANGE requested to merge llange/woob:fix-societegenerale-new-website-url into master

Societe Generale and other banks have merged into SG.
The website URL of (previously) Societe Generale has changed from https://particuliers.societegenerale.fr to https://particuliers.sg.fr This PR does a brute force replacement, which may not be the correct approach, but "it works on my machine" here.

Not handling the choice page for the new 'gauge' feature. You may have to do a first login manually - not sure.
