Roll errors up into a grand total

Crudely aggregate error counts as a spare matrix, fill the grid with zeroes, and output as a new all-wikis summary CSV.

It would be nicer to implement as a generalization, but other columns such as the potential ref-producing templates don't follow the same pattern.
