Add citoid-service to Citoid
We want to be able to fully test the process of auto generating references with Citoid. Therefore I added and wired the service.
The 2nd crucial part to allow the "automatic" tab to show up seems setting up the template-type-map.
And last but not least, the templates mentioned in the map also need to have a mapping as part of their TemplateData settings from Citoid result parameters to template parameters.
