SAPHDB: Added SAP HDB as main dissector

Added the SAP HDB (HANA SQL Command Network Protocol) dissector protocol from SecureAuth's plugin.

This is a dissector that partially implements the HDB protocol. Reference of the protocol can be found in SAP's official documentation and the blog series we published around the topic "Exploring the SAP HANA SQL Command Network Protocol":
