QT: When opening files, filter on All Capture Files immediately

Present a dialog with only relevant files to the user, rather then letting them browse through all files, or have them make the filter selection manually and then go browsing.

Not sure if/what impact this has performance wise, but from a usability standpoint it's an improvement IMHO.
