USBHUB: Add useful details to INFO column

Built using gcc 4.7.2 20120921 (Red Hat 4.7.2-2).
Currently, a user who wishes to follow a USB hub's activities must expand fields within each frame. It would be more user-friendly to display key information - such as port number and feature name - in the INFO column so that the user does not have to hunt for it.
Here is an example of tshark output following application of this patch. Information added by this enhancement appears between square brackets.
