Wireshark on Windows throws an error upon starting capture on all interfaces
Summary
When I select all if and start capture I get an error message and capture is not starting
More precisely, it happens when the interface list to capture contains this specific interface - I do not eve know what it is - never seen this before

Start wireshark, select all interfaces, click on Capture button
What is the current bug behavior?
Capture does not start
instead an error message is shown:
ERROR: Both -- etlfile and -- params arguments are empty
What is the expected correct behavior?
Capture should start to capture on all interfaces
