Windows: Avoid User Account Control popup when providing data via pipe/stdin
Description
It is possible to feed data to Wireshark/tshark through a pipe or stdin. For these cases it is not necessary to grant any permissions to run NpcapHelper.exe (just like passing a pcap file as input), nevertheless this popup shows up.
We are trying to automate a workflow which feeds data to tshark in order to be processed, but this popup cannot be dismissed without user interaction.
The pcap data we send to tshark is obtained in real-time from another device, so it is not possible to avoid this popup by passing a file path to tshark.
