SSTP no longer recognized

Summary

It still worked on 3.0.5 and I read that it also worked with 3.0.12 but since 3.1.0 it is broken.

Steps to reproduce

Just try the sample: https://wiki.wireshark.org/SSTP

With 3.0.5, it will correctly recognize SSTP after setting up TLS decryption. With the current release version, the packets stay HTTP and no SSTP or PPP headers are recognized.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
