making shorter aliases of __i/other quasiquoters (two minor things concerning __i (the un-indented quasiquoter))
Thanks for your package, it's great to see this happen! I am switching from interpolate to your string-interpolate.
And I am using your un-indented quasiquoter __i
all the time. Two minor things:
(1) in your comparison chart, interpolate
does have some means of un-indentation: I can use
unindent [i|foo bar|]
with unindent
from Data.String.Interpolate.Util
, thus you should do
interpolate
some justice maybe. - I still prefer your __i
quasiquoter for nested strings
(and if you pressed me hard enough I could provide a more detailed example).
(2) Given that I am using __i
all the time: is there any reason, why it's not just
simply called _i
(with a single underscore), or any other simpler name? thanks.
