Hi, I might have misunderstood, but I would say the PERCENTAGE_OF_DATA_LOADED_ON_SUBSEQUENT_LOAD applies to the RETURNING_VISITOR_PERCENTAGE instead of FIRST_TIME_VIEWING_PERCENTAGE. Cheers
