Create a longer translatable Whisperfish description

Matti Viljanen requested to merge make-store-description-translatable into master

The text was adopted from the OpenRepos page.

As the goal is to one day have a version of Whisperfish in Jolla Store, it needs a better description text - this is it.

A few other small issues were fixed as well, now that translations were touched.
