I made some changes to the scripts and modified the README a bit. They work on my computer but please check before accepting them. Besides that, your scripts work like a charm! :) It only takes me a few minutes from download to a fully-reduced spectrum! Thank you for coding them! :) I renamed the file apply_rough_fluxcal to apply_fluxcal. The rough would suggest a crude flux calibration. However, the procedure is identical to what IRAF does.
