SRFI-64 in chez-srfi doesn't reset the runner between groups, so the
counts are wrong. The SRFI-64 implementation in Guile does reset the
runner, and apparently even removes the whole runner, which broke the
previous code for calling (exit 1) for failures. This runner should
fix both problems.
