Put back the basic auth password check for Review and Staging environments
To get Review apps working in #78 (closed) we temporarily disabled the basic auth password check. This issue is to put it back in a way that works in the Kubernetes environments.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
