Sanitized email addresses and some "original message" contents in test data and updated tests to match.

I think this is a complete sanitization of the test data. At the moment, tox doesn't run 109 of the 113 tests, but I tested them by stashing the changes, resetting the branch to commit f4a7d0a0, applying the changes and running tox which, after I fixed one error, passed all 113 tests.
