How to add bottle conditioning yeast
When maintaining my inventory I realized that the yeast selection missed "Fermentis SafAle F-2". That is a bottle conditioning yeast, that you add additionally to each bottle, when bottling, especially on larger beers, when the yeast from primary fermentation has already worked a lot. There is also a version from Lallemand: CBC-1.
- On which ingredients category should those be added? And can it be added for all users?
- How would you then specify an ingredient that is added at bottling in a recipe?
