small change to be rpm packaging friendly

Tim Richardson requested to merge timatgca/libinput-config:rpm_friendly_meson_script into master

By adding DESTDIR to scripts/preload.sh, the package will install in an RPM build. Outside of an RPM build, it behaves the same as now.
