Balance in the Account list view on Apple silicon JVM+iOS is not displaying properly. This should be fixed in a separate MR

Got iOS working once but I have issues with receiving/locating funds. I often get an Insufficient balance error even doh the account is funded. The same address is always displayed on the same account even doh the address has several transactions.

Maybe accounts are not syncing on iOS? #38 (closed) This should be addressed in a separate MR.

Sending NEX to an iOS account and then waiting for full sync and then sending works.
