Offer an asset for sale

As a user, I want to offer an asset for sale at a set price.

The buyer can scan the QR code to buy the asset and accept the offer

• Observe the asset in an offer and notify that the asset was purchased and navigate to home screen.
  • On sale: Notify the user in the notification tray and make a vibration and sound that can be disabled in settings.

• I can't accept special transactions if the account is locked. I unlock the account and then nothing happens. The accept button won't work (iOS)
• Display partial transactions in the transaction history list. Moved to issue #426
• Cannot continue after entering the price on iPhone 13
