Run snapcraft in root folder using Ubuntu to execute

snapcraft is not installed in the default Docker image.

STATUS: Waiting for snap store review to claim the wally snap name

EDIT (17.06.2024): All cryptocurrency Wallets are currently being declined from the snap store due to an influx of scams. Instead of waiting for the snap store to set up a manual review process, we are distributing through an Ubuntu ppa.
