Basic Compose UI test for NewAccountScreen

Jørgen Svennevik Notland requested to merge jQrgen/wally:new_acc_test into main

Asserting that the correct items were on the screen did not work.

Merge this for now and then I'll add more asserts as we unwrangle the multiplatform UI test suite.
