Init shared Compose theme: WallyTheme

Jørgen Svennevik Notland requested to merge jQrgen/wally:mp_theme into mp

Ports the colors from the Android app to the shared layer so that the Compose UI layer can have the same theme.

The architecture for this theme is modeled from this MR in KampKit. KampKit is a best-practice template project for Kotlin multiplatform
