macOS — .dmg (TargetFormat.Dmg), .pkg (TargetFormat.Pkg)

The GitLab packaging job passes, but the .dmg opens and instantly shuts down. Downloaded from build artifacts and ran on macOS. Maybe we need to properly notarize the .dmg
