Cleanup

The PR moves all android reviews into a more appropriate collection - _android. All links forward to the canonical urls android/{{appId}}. Obsolete code was removed. Reviews got their custom layout file instead of having just one layout that covers all cases. The landing page was changed to show only reproducible wallets by default. A new collection for Linux apps was created. This is WIP and subject of !68 (merged)
