OpenLP 3.1.7 (fork build) – Operator Preview Notes Feature

This release is a personal build of OpenLP 3.1.7 including the new
"operator-only preview notes" feature (MR !908).

Highlights:
- Adds Holyrics-style operator notes (// your notes) to song slides
- Notes are visible ONLY in Preview and Live controllers
- Notes are NEVER projected
- No database or projection pipeline changes
- Fully backward compatible with existing songs and services

Packaging:
- Debian 12
- Software rendering wrapper included for older GPUs

It is a personal build for testing and preview of the feature.
