Self Extracting Skins & Readme Updated [Dev to Staging]

I completely forgot about skins, so I did the same with them where users just have to place the zip inside the skins folder and when the launcher is started, it will extract them.

Also, the read me was out of date, talking about the multiplayer mod and the class diagram. So I just updated it.
