This release is mainly for mod creators. Changelog

• Loading straight into missions by selecting pilot and scenario
• Loading mods on startup
• Settings menu saves apart from start-up mods.

I also removed the unity project as it wasn't used any more, and there is some promotional art which has been added to the repo.
