Mod Loader 2.0 from Dev to Staging

I have done all of the mod loader features from the old mod loader in the new version, I feel like it's ready to move on. You can now load mods in VR with the new injector for the unity update. Just might need to do some bug tests on different pc's and headsets to make sure to all works.
