Various Improvements to Launcher UI

THE GREAT OVERLORD OF ALL CHEESE requested to merge thegreatoverlordofallcheese/ModLoader:dev into dev

Overview:

  • improving UX of the existing UI
  • scrapping, fixing or hiding any broken features in the launcher

All:

  • Made unnecessarily wide windows narrower in an attempt to make them easier to read
  • Refactored and update links
  • Added discord invite button
  • Limited console to 1000 lines to prevent Mod Loader from locking up
  • Fixed disabled button colours
  • Reorganised settings and minimised descriptions
  • Added big modloader enable/disable button
  • Disabled the broken dev tools
  • Removed confusing skins button

-improved console message limiting -added comments to explain my pain -removed uploading mods directly from the modloader (noone is using, testing or maintaining this feature)
