update toWorld function to work better

Gonzo said there were issues with the sun not appearing correctly and changing based on player position. The toWorld function looks like a direct port of the MGE version. I just swapped it out with the version I know works correctly that I did for the port of the fogBox shader, functions identically but does the matrix projection correctly.
