Modem band configuration
Add command line options for 2 new modem band configuration options. The first disables band 5 for aircraft use and the second only enables band 3 for US DoD use.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
