Improve bubble
Moved map:draw_visual() down a few lines such that the exclamation bubble is only drawn while visible (i.e. not set to the "hidden" animation).
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
