Fixed scripts for modified config.json file (used by doxybook) that automatically produces the correct URLs from the start
This fix now works for both python docs and the original docs
small error with replace_script for python that appends py everytime the script is run to the titles. will be fixed soon.
also adds a cleanup script that just erases everything produced by doxybook for the c++ docs. Will soon be added for python as well.
doxybook commands,doxybook config, doxybook templates and doxygen doxyfiles to be added soon.
