    History export all sells: add a "tx id", "total" and "revenue" column · 92c806a1

    We can sum the revenue column and get the total revenue of this month
we can declare. This number is already given by the History page, the
"revenue per day" export and the "ticket Z".

The "transaction id" column allows to group "total revenue" by sell,
put the sell total one time (for one product) and 0 the other
times (for the other products of that sell).
