Gitlab ci hotfixes

This resolves most of #61 (closed), but the code coverage and clean code will be moved to a new issue.

This MR adds some shields for status of builds and coverage.

This MR will also change the required tag to veloren-docker, so all old containers will need to be reset. Also fixes nightly on ubuntu, and removes some bad ref tags.
