Merge book into the main repository

  • Migrations have been added if applicable (migrations are always necessary for removing/renaming item asset files)

  • Significant changes of this merge request have been added to the changelog.

  • Requires changes to book.veloren.net -> veloren.gitlab.io/veloren/book and docs.veloren.net -> veloren.gitlab.io/veloren/docs

Why?

Moving the book into the main repository removes a lot of friction from documenting newly added features and encourages keeping it up to date with new changes, as now you no longer have to open 2 separate merge requests on different repositories (one forked).
