Add rss feed button to navbar

Simon Schubert requested to merge Simon_Schubert/site:master into master

I had to dig into the zola source to find the rss feed url. To prevent others from suffering the same pain we should add a link with a universal icon to the page. Alternatively the button could be on the footer but I personally prefer the nav bar.
