MacOS aarch64 (M1/M2) support

  • Added GitLab pipeline to build macos-aarch64
  • Added GitHub action to generate macos-aarch64 artifact

The macos-aarch64 build of Airshipper is already capable of downloading the correct aarch64 version of the game, so following this change the aarch64 version of Airshipper can be added to the https://veloren.net/download/ page.
